Rules
The following is in place to maintain all children safe while visiting Lola & tots:
Lola & tots is tailored to young children aged 0 - 4 years old unless specified by an enrichment class or special event. We reserve the right to refuse entry to children older than the specified audience for which our space is designed. Our play area is designed for children use only.
Anyone entering Lola & tots' that is under the age of 18 is required to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian/caretaker accompanying the child. Refusal to comply prompts Lola & tots the right to refuse entry. No exceptions granted.
For hygienic and safety reasons, Lola & tots requires both children and adults to wear socks in the play area. All attendees will be prompted to remove shoes at entrance prior to using the space. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone that does not comply. We recommend that children use non-slip grip socks to reduce likelihood of a fall or injury.
In order to reduce the likelihood of spreading illness, please do NOT bring children to play when they are ill or have a communicable medical condition. Lola & tots reserves the right to expel any parent/guardian/caretaker/child(ren) that is harmful or is risking the health and well-being of other visitors and employees.
Lola & tots LLC. is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of visitors' personal belongings. Do not leave property or valuables unattended. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians/caretakers to care for the safety and personal belongings of the child they accompany while visiting Lola & tots.
We ask that all adults care for the play area and utilize the facility as indicated and with caution. Please respect the equipment, toys, and other visitors and employees of Lola & tots.
Open Play hours are available during weekend times only between the regular weekend hours of 9 am to 2 pm. Open play times are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to our OPEN PLAY section and/or social media announcements for updates.
Lola & tots is a diverse and inclusive establishment dedicated to honoring and respecting differences. We do not tolerate bullying, harmful play, rough housing or any language from both adults and children alike that disrespect or threaten members, attendees or staff of Lola & tots. Accompanying adults assume full responsibility for the conduct and supervision of their child(ren) while inside the premises unless under the care of a Lola & tot’s employee.
Childcare included under membership packages are for children aged 18 months and up. Lola & tots will not provide care for children under 18 months and will require parents/caretakers/guardians to take full responsibility in caring for younger children.
Due to limited capacity, Lola & tots reserves the right to limit the number of people that occupy the space. Visitors will be admitted at Management’s discretion.
Visitors are required to follow ALL rules and regulations. Failure to do so will result in refusal of admittance or immediate removal from premises without a refund.
